• Experience in business development, strategic account management, or key account management in B2B environments.

Role Purpose

The Fleet & End User Business Developer will have the mission to accelerate Schneider Electric's growth in the fleet and end user segment, with a special focus on light and heavy logistics fleets. For key accounts, such as logistics companies, fleet operators, or heavy transport companies, they will act as Key Account Manager, leading the commercial relationship and building value propositions tailored to their electrification needs.

For the rest of the end user accounts and for engineering firms specializing in the Prosumer field, they will act as a specialist sales force, supporting the generalist sales force during key phases of the commercial cycle when necessary and providing specialized knowledge in electric mobility, fleets, specification, and the Prosumer value proposition. The role will internally coordinate the necessary teams to qualify opportunities, define solutions, prepare technical-commercial proposals, and ensure structured pipeline follow-up.

This position will be key to creating trusting relationships with customer decision-makers, facilitating the work of the sales force, and reinforcing the Prosumer specification ecosystem, positioning Schneider Electric as a strategic partner for the electrification of logistics operations and professional mobility.

This position will have a direct impact on the growth of the Prosumer business in the fleet, end user, and specialist engineering segment, driving opportunity generation, commercial conversion, and relationships with strategic accounts. The role will contribute to positioning Schneider Electric as a benchmark partner for the electrification of light and heavy logistics fleets, while simultaneously reinforcing the top-down and bottom-up specification ecosystem.

• Develop and manage a target account portfolio in the light and heavy logistics fleet segment, prioritizing opportunities with the highest growth potential.
• Act as Key Account Manager for assigned key accounts, building solid relationships with business, operations, sustainability, procurement, and technical decision-makers.
• Accompany the generalist sales force as a specialist sales force for end user accounts and Prosumer engineering firms when additional support is required, providing knowledge of electric mobility, fleets, specification, and value proposition.
• Contribute to the development of the specification ecosystem, ensuring that the generalist sales force has the necessary knowledge to approach these accounts autonomously and can rely on support from the specialist sales force during visits or critical phases.
• Identify customer needs, operational challenges, and electrification opportunities, converting them into clear, differentiating, and business-oriented value propositions.
• Internally coordinate sales, pre-sales, services, marketing, pricing, partners, and installers teams to build a competitive technical-commercial response.
• Manage the commercial follow-up of opportunities, ensuring pipeline progress, clear next steps, and continuous coordination with the customer and internal teams.
• Drive demand generation activities with end users, including commercial visits, workshops, discovery sessions, industry events, and specific campaigns for fleets.
• Gather market, competitor, and customer insights to reinforce the commercial strategy, service offering, and Schneider Electric's positioning in the fleet segment.
• Support the sales force in strategic accounts, providing sector vision, end-user knowledge, and support in opportunity conversion.
• Contribute to the profitable growth of the Prosumer business through opportunity conversion, key account loyalty, and the creation of long-term commercial relationships.
