Strategy Analyst

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or similar qualifications.
• Between 2 and 3 years of experience in strategic consulting, corporate development, financial strategy, or positions related to business analysis and performance management.
• High level of English.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical capacity and orientation toward problem-solving.
• Ability to structure complex information and transform it into actionable recommendations.
• Communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in dynamic and international environments.
• Basic accounting knowledge.

• Experience with Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools is valued.
• Previous experience in strategic or financial consulting.
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools.
• Proficiency in a second language (Italian, French, Swedish, or Norwegian).
• Interest in business analysis, continuous improvement, and organizational transformation.

That is why we are looking for a Strategy Analyst who wants to play a key role in the evolution of the business in Spain, working hand in hand with General Management, Finance, and Operations to transform data into strategic decisions with real impact. What will your responsibilities be?

• Prepare strategic and financial analyses to support the company's decision-making.
• Develop business cases and evaluate new growth opportunities.
• Participate in the definition and implementation of commercial and financial strategies.
• Perform business modeling, quantitative analysis, and profitability studies.
• Follow up on strategic initiatives and improvement projects together with the Finance and Operations teams.
• Monitor key KPIs and support business reporting processes.
• Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and prepare recommendations for management.
• Prepare executive presentations and communicate conclusions to different stakeholders.
• Collaborate with international teams and share best practices with other countries in the Group.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes.
