RPA & Agent Tech Specialist

• 5-8 years of experience in the development and implementation of RPA solutions and process automation, in consulting, automation CoEs, integrators, or internal automation areas.
• Demonstrable experience with UiPath in production environments: Studio, Orchestrator, attended and unattended robots, queue management, credentials, calendars, and monitoring.
• Experience in agentic AI solutions and cognitive automation: construction of agents, multi-agent orchestration, use of LLMs, RAG, and intelligent document processing (IDP).
• Experience with international teams, in multidisciplinary work teams, and experience in complex corporate work environments, with solutions scalable to multiple countries.
• Experience in the maintenance of automations in production: hypercare, L2/L3 support, evolutions, and deprecation processes.

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Mathematics, or similar.
• Specific training in AI, intelligent automation, systems integration, or solution architecture is highly valued.
• Official certifications in automation platforms are highly valued, preferably UiPath (Automation Developer, Solution Architect, Orchestrator, Document Understanding) or equivalents from other manufacturers.

We are looking for an RPA & Agentic Automation Specialist for the Global IT Transformation & Adoption area, focusing on the internal client (SEIDOR), whose main focus will be the design, construction, deployment, and technical maintenance of RPA and agentic AI solutions.

This is a technical and hands-on profile, participating in the entire solution lifecycle: from technical design and development to production deployment, stabilization, evolution, and orderly retirement.

• Development, configuration, and deployment of RPA solutions (attended, unattended, hybrid, and cognitive), preferably on UiPath.
• Construction of AI agents and agentic solutions, including their orchestration, connection to data sources and tools, and definition of autonomy limits and human supervision points.
• Translation of functional requirements and process maps into executable technical designs, estimating efforts and proposing the most efficient solution architecture.
• Integration of automations with CORE and non-CORE systems (ERP, CRM, ECM, document manager, office tools) through APIs, connectors, and standard integrations.
• Participation in the entire technical lifecycle of the solution: development, unit testing, UAT support, production deployment, and management of DEV/QA/PROD environments.
• Hypercare and stabilization after go-live: intensive monitoring, incident classification and resolution, rapid adjustments, and orderly handover to standard support.
• Corrective maintenance and technical support of robots and agents in production, ensuring SLA compliance and operational continuity in the face of version changes in underlying applications.
• Evolutions and continuous improvement of deployed solutions: scope expansion, performance and cost optimization, technical debt reduction, and adaptation to regulatory or process changes.
• Deprecation and orderly retirement of obsolete automations: dependency analysis, transition plan, user and data migration, artifact removal, and solution catalog updates.
