What do you need for successful performance in the role?

• Degree in Industrial or Chemical Engineering.

• Advanced level of English (C1).

• 11 or more years of experience as a Process Engineer in LNG projects, with experience in leading international engineering companies being of interest.

• Good personal organizational skills for managing work and tasks.

• Creative mindset to find alternative and efficient solutions to daily work needs.

From Sener Energía we want to strengthen the Madrid team (Tres Cantos) with a person who brings technical experience and knowledge in the Process Engineering area for LNG plants, especially regasification plants.

Your role will be to work in process engineering teams on the development of conceptual engineering, FEED, basic and detailed engineering; as well as leading process engineering teams in project development. Proven experience in companies in the Oil & Gas and LNG engineering sector.

1 - Lead process engineer in the design of LNG plants.

2 - Review and approval of deliverables, ensuring their quality and execution within the schedules required by the project plan.

3 - Attendance at technical and project management meetings with clients, vendors, licensors, partners, and other technical disciplines (HAZID, HAZOP, Design Review, 3D Model Review, etc.).

4 - Development and Review of equipment, systems, and instrument specification designs.

5 - Supervision of process engineers' activities. Interdisciplinary coordination for the release of Design Pending items.

6 - Monitoring and control of design changes. Interdisciplinary coordination for the release of design pending items.

7 - Development/Review of Heat and Material Balances, equipment and piping sizing calculations, process simulations, thermal design of heat exchangers, equipment and instrument data sheets, line and instrument lists, process flow diagrams (PFD), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID), process philosophies and functional descriptions, operating manuals, and test procedures.
