Consolidated experience (at least 8 years of experience) in the design of electrical installations (especially in complex or critical environments).
Experience leading or coordinating engineering teams.
Solid knowledge of medium and low voltage electrical systems.
Experience in the design of critical systems with criteria for redundancy, availability, and continuity of service.
Ability to review and validate complex electrical calculations and technical documentation.
Experience in multidisciplinary coordination in engineering projects.
Leadership skills, technical decision-making, and problem-solving.
Meticulous, perfectionist profile, detail-oriented, anticipating the necessary construction details for an execution focused on project quality.
Advanced English (written and spoken) B2-C1.
Experience in Data Center projects or critical infrastructures.
Knowledge of standards such as IEC, TIA-942, Uptime Institute, NFPA, or NEC.
Proficiency with tools such as ETAP, Caneco, Revit/BIM, Navisworks, Dialux, or similar.
Participation in construction phases, commissioning, or QA/QC.
Experience in technical development of teams or mentoring.
Every Data Center we develop involves highly demanding technical decisions behind it: how to guarantee service continuity, how to ensure true redundancy, how to integrate electrical systems with architecture, mechanics, or control without any margin for error.
And that is where the electrical team plays a key role.
We are at a moment of growth, and we are looking to bring in a figure who not only designs... but also sets the standard: a Team Lead Electrician who wants to technically and humanly lead a team within highly complex projects. Today we design the data centers of the future.
What will your responsibilities be?
How will you do it?
You will be part of a team made up of professionals with diverse backgrounds and varied experience, which will allow you to develop an interesting and enriching perspective. At the same time, we have a Development Program focused on mentoring roles, so that in the short/medium term, you can carry out your duties and lead your projects with autonomy.
Technical leadership of electrical teams: You will coordinate and supervise teams of electrical engineers and technicians, assigning tasks, reviewing deliverables, and resolving technical questions.
You will be responsible for ensuring the technical quality of the team's work, standardizing design criteria, and guaranteeing solutions that align with client requirements and industry standards.
Electrical design for Data Centers: You will lead the design of critical electrical infrastructures for medium and low voltage, including distribution architectures, UPS systems, backup generation, electrical panels, and critical distribution systems (PDUs, RPPs, STSs).
You will participate in defining strategies for redundancy, availability, maintainability, and energy efficiency, as well as integration with disciplines such as mechanical, telecommunications, BMS/EPMS, and architecture.
Electrical calculations and studies: You will supervise and validate electrical calculations associated with the design: load balancing, equipment sizing, short-circuit studies, protection selectivity, voltage drop, harmonic analysis, and grounding systems.
You will ensure compliance with service continuity criteria and system resilience.
Development and review of technical documentation: You will coordinate the preparation and review of project technical documentation: single-line diagrams, electrical schematics, specifications, data sheets, load lists, drawings, and technical reports.
You will also review documentation from suppliers, contractors, and manufacturers.
Technical and multidisciplinary coordination: You will lead coordination with other disciplines (architecture, mechanical, civil, telecommunications, and commissioning), ensuring the correct integration of the electrical design within the overall Data Center.
You will participate in technical meetings with clients and other stakeholders, acting as the electrical reference for the project.
Technical management of electrical projects: You will coordinate electrical work packages within national and international projects, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, quality, and client requirements.
You will provide support in resource planning, workload tracking, and continuous improvement of internal processes.
