Product Designer (Fashion)

• Knowledge of wash tests, size set validation, and quality control in pre-production.

• Organized person, with the ability to manage several simultaneous projects and proactively communicate risks and progress.

• On-site presence required for fittings, sample reviews, and activities that require it.

• Experience in functional, technical, or sustainable fashion will be valued.

We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our Design and Product team. The selected person will lead assigned projects from start to finish: from interpreting the brief to providing technical support during manufacturing, with real autonomy and direct responsibility for their references.

• Develop design proposals: silhouette, construction, color, functionalities, and components, consistent with the collection direction.

• Analyze the brief, research references, materials, and feasibility, and propose the work plan with dates and milestones.

• Create and maintain complete and updated tech packs: drawings, construction, materials, measurements, tolerances, and labels.

• Manage suppliers and prototypes: sending tech packs, sample tracking, fittings, and technical corrections.

• Plan and document wash tests, size sets, and pre-production samples; recommend approval or correction using your own judgment.

• Provide technical support during manufacturing: handle inquiries, cross-check incidents against the approved sample, and propose solutions.

• Keep trackers, documentation, and project files updated and accessible at all times.

• Collaborate with Customer Service, Retail, Marketing, and Operations regarding anything affecting your references.
