We are looking for a Systems, Processes and Automation Technician to join our team in a cross-functional capacity. The selected person will have a direct impact on how we work: their mission will be to analyze our current processes, identify frictions, and automate everything possible so that the team can work without limitations.

• Audit and optimize existing processes in Odoo (Gextia), Shopify, and PowerBI, identifying inefficiencies and proposing concrete improvements.

• Automate repetitive workflows between departments, reducing manual tasks and errors.

• Implement AI solutions and automation tools to streamline day-to-day operations.

• Create and maintain dashboards and reports in PowerBI that allow teams to make decisions with real data.

• Support teams in the use of digital tools and provide training on new functionalities when necessary.

• Collaborate with all departments to detect needs, prioritize improvements, and ensure that systems function in an integrated manner.

• On-site position in Madrid with flexibility.
