• Previous experience of at least 2 years in a similar position in the retail sector.

• Organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Availability to work 30 hours per week, with schedule flexibility. Availability for afternoons and full weekends.

• Result-oriented and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

• English is a plus

• Contract for 30 hours per week, with a temporary contract until February 28, 2027.

• Attend to customers cordially, listening to their needs and offering advice on our products.

• Organize and maintain the store, ensuring that garments are well-displayed, clean, and tidy.

• Carry out sales, processing payments at the register and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Replenish stock, checking the warehouse and fitting rooms to maintain order.

• Handle returns and exchanges, managing these processes following company policies.

• Stay informed about product features and current promotions.

• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales objectives and maintain a positive working environment.

• Comply with established schedules, including shifts on weekends or holidays if necessary.
