Requirements
What we're looking for
- Basic or intermediate level of English.
- Proficiency in office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and resourcefully.
- Previous experience as a service assistant, receptionist, office assistant, or similar positions is valued.

What you'll get

The role
What you'll do
We are looking for an organized, proactive person with a service orientation, capable of managing operational support tasks and supplier assistance, guaranteeing the correct functioning of the facilities. It is essential to have basic or intermediate knowledge of English and proficiency in office tools.
- Reception and distribution of mail and parcels.
- Accompanying and assisting suppliers.
- Control and replenishment of office supplies
- Preparation and setup of rooms for meetings, events, etc.
- Control and monitoring of kitchen and office supplies.
- Review, communication, and monitoring of incidents.
