We are looking for people to join our job pool for community assistants in Alcañiz, with the aim of covering sick leave, vacations, and other temporary needs of our centers. If you have experience in the sector, you are a responsible person, and you have availability to join when a need arises, we want to meet you!
What you'll do
- Receive and check the food and preparations received, verifying their condition, labeling, and storage conditions.
- Regenerate previously prepared meals, following the procedures established by the company and the service instructions.
- Control and record the temperatures for regeneration and hot holding, ensuring that the food reaches the established safety temperatures.
- Adequately use the regeneration and thermal maintenance equipment, such as ovens, hot carts, and other equipment available at the center.
- Collaborate in plating and the distribution of meals when necessary.
- Prepare and organize the utensils, trays, and materials necessary for the service.
