We are looking for an Institutional Cook to join one of our residences in LES FRANQUESES DEL VALLES.

The person hired will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals for large groups, ensuring quality and food safety at all times.

What you'll do

Develop preparations, guarantee compliance with defined menus and technical sheets, implement best practices.
Prepare menus and adapted diets. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure correct organization and workflow.
Oversee the inventory of ingredients and materials, placing orders when necessary.
Guarantee compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – HACCP registration.
Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks of the work area, and control the use of machinery, materials, and tools.
Train new team members in kitchen practices and company procedures.

We want your experience to be agile, clear, and human. To this end, some phases of the selection process may be supported by Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools with human review and decision-making.

How you'll work

Working day: 27 hours per week.
