We are looking for a Catering Cook to join one of our centers at a company in Vigo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, preparation, and presentation of meals for large groups, ensuring quality and food safety at all times.
What you'll do
Develop preparations, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical sheets, implement good practices.
Prepare adapted menus and diets.
Collaborate with the Head Chef and the kitchen team to ensure correct organization and workflow.
Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – HACCP record.
Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and control the use of machinery, materials and tools.
How you'll work
- Working day: full-time 40 hours per week.
- Schedule: rotating
- Shifts: Monday to Friday
- Temporary contract for holiday cover.
