We are a professional cleaning and outsourcing service with over 25 years of experience and more than 500 clients. We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Services Supervisor to join our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising different sites and teams, ensuring optimal management of each site and communication with the client.

What you'll do

Manage assigned sites, supervising and controlling the quality standards established by the company.
Coordinate and manage the work teams under your responsibility.
Place orders and manage stock control.
Prepare annual work schedules.
Interview, select, and train the staff under your responsibility.
Document and resolve incidents.
Hold regular meetings with clients to verify satisfaction levels and resolve any possible service issues.
Identify client needs and interests to promote cross-selling of services within the company's portfolio.
Prepare work reports and issue documentation.
