Willingness to travel to visit our sites.
Minimum of 2/3 years of experience managing sites and teams in a similar position.
Advanced user of office software (Excel, email, management software...).
Proactive, flexible, and organized person.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with both clients and the different site managers and staff under your responsibility.
A valid driving licence is essential.

We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Services Supervisor to join our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising different sites and teams, ensuring optimal management of each site and communication with the client.

What you'll do

Manage assigned sites, supervising and controlling the quality standards established by the company.
Coordinate and manage the work teams under your responsibility.
Place orders and manage stock control.
Prepare annual work schedules.
Interview, select, and train the staff under your responsibility.
Document and resolve incidents.
Hold regular meetings with clients to verify satisfaction levels and resolve any possible service issues.
Identify client needs and interests to promote cross-selling of services within the company's portfolio.
Prepare work reports and issue documentation.
