About the role

From the industrial division, we are looking for an Industrial Manager in Seville to manage contracts within their scope of management, coordinating operations, the work team, and commercial actions with clients, as the person responsible for the profit and loss account and in accordance with the instructions of their hierarchical superior, to ensure both compliance with technical and administrative requirements and maximum client satisfaction, and to facilitate the achievement of the company's growth and/or profitability objectives.

What you'll do

  1. Promote meetings with current clients to become their reference partner regarding the services provided, ensuring their satisfaction with them and identifying other potential additional needs to be met.
  2. Carry out service planning, resolving any incidents that may arise and proposing improvements in execution, to ensure compliance with contract requirements and the objectives set by the superior.
  3. Prepare the annual budget, its revisions throughout the year, and monthly closings, analyzing the deviations found and proposing corrective measures, to ensure an accurate reflection of the evolution of each contract and compliance with the economic objectives set by the superior.
  4. Supervise the hiring, management, and training of all employees under their charge, reviewing payroll issues when necessary, to ensure that the appropriate team of workers is in place for the provision of the assigned services.
  5. Promote a fluid relationship with the Workers' Legal Representation to facilitate a labor framework that allows the provision of services to be carried out in the most efficient manner.
  6. Collaborate with the contracting area in the preparation of bids, contributing their knowledge and experience to the awarding of new contracts for the company.
