Facility Manager - Interior Cleaning (Government)

• Knowledge of cleaning services, agreements, terms and conditions, and contracting with public administration.

• Minimum experience of 3 years in the services sector.

• Ability to anticipate client needs, as well as keep them informed of the aspects they require and resolve incidents satisfactorily.
• Ability to achieve expected results (operational and economic) at the expected cost, manner, and times, given the timelines managed in production lines.
• Ability to distribute tasks to their team satisfactorily and adapt them to their profiles and availability.
• Ability to work with other areas (business and support) in order to carry out their daily tasks in the most satisfactory way possible.

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Labor Relations and Human Resources, or similar.

• English level: B2.

From the Government Division Management of Serveo, we are looking for a Facility Manager in Murcia whose mission will be to manage the assigned cleaning service, operations, work team, and commercial actions with the client, as the maximum person responsible for the profit and loss account and in accordance with the instructions of their hierarchical superior, to guarantee both compliance with technical and administrative requirements and maximum client satisfaction, and to facilitate the achievement of the company's objectives regarding growth and/or profitability.

1. Carrying out the planning of interior cleaning services, resolving any incidents that may arise and proposing improvements in execution, to guarantee compliance with contract requirements.
2. Preparing the annual budget, its revisions throughout the year, and monthly closings, analyzing any variances found and proposing corrective measures.
3. Supervising and analyzing decentralized purchases within their scope of management to facilitate economic control of expenses linked to each contract.
4. Supervising compliance with internal policies and procedures regarding Occupational Risk Prevention and Quality and Environment.
5. Supervise the hiring, management, and training of all employees under their responsibility.
6. Promoting meetings with current clients to become their reference partner regarding the services provided, to guarantee their satisfaction and identify other potential needs to be met.
7. Collaborating with the contracting area in preparing bids to contribute with their knowledge and experience to the awarding of new contracts for the company.
