• Intermediate level of English (B2).

From the Human Resources Management Department of Serveo, we are looking for a Human Resources Management Technician in Madrid whose main mission will be to carry out all administrative functions and tasks related to people management within their territorial scope and responsibility, in accordance with the guidelines of their Management Supervisor, to ensure compliance with internal procedures and the correct application of legal regulations.

1. Management of payroll for assigned centers.
2. Preparation, calculation, and payment of payroll.
3. Management of garnishments and union dues.
4. Preparation and registration of employment contracts.
5. Management of WINSUITE, RED System, SILTRA, DELTA, and work accidents via SAP HR.
6. Preparation of employment contracts, certific@, contrat@.

• Advanced level of Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in SAP HR.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR administration technician
  managing teams of around 600 employees.

• Ability to distribute tasks among their team satisfactorily and
  adapt them to their profiles and availability.
• Flexibility to develop projects of very different origins, sizes, and importance.
• Continuous collaboration with different departments of the organization, leading teams to align people from other departments without direct reporting lines.
• Proactive and decisive attitude in the face of conflicts that may arise, and the ability to take initiative in managing tasks and teams.
• Guidelines must be structured and followed in a consistent order.
