Demonstrable experience of more than 4 years performing the described functions.

From the Management of Industry, we are looking to hire a Facility Manager in Bilbao. Their main mission will be to lead the comprehensive management of assigned contracts, ensuring their correct execution and compliance with technical, economic, and legal objectives. They will be the person responsible for driving profitability and quality of service, anticipating and minimizing risks, and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction, acting as the point of connection between clients, suppliers, and the various internal areas of the company.

• Comprehensively manage assigned contracts, ensuring their correct execution and compliance with technical, economic, and legal requirements.
• Review, interpret, and administer contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with agreed conditions.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients, suppliers, and internal areas, coordinating the different parties involved to guarantee quality of service.
• Supervise the provision of services, ensuring compliance with service levels, customer satisfaction, and contract profitability.
• Monitor the financial performance of contracts, controlling costs, budgets, and potential deviations.
• Manage suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and applicable regulatory standards.
• Keep contractual documentation up to date and prepare monitoring and control reports.
• Identify risks and opportunities for improvement, driving initiatives that optimize operational efficiency and add value to the client and the organization.
