Facility Manager - Castilla La Mancha

Manage contracts within their scope of management, coordinating operations, the work team, and commercial actions with clients, as the person ultimately responsible for the profit and loss account and in accordance with the instructions of their line manager, to ensure both compliance with technical and administrative requirements and maximum client satisfaction, and to facilitate the achievement of the company's growth and/or profitability objectives.

1. Promote meetings with current clients to become their reference partner regarding the services provided, ensuring their satisfaction with those services and identifying other potential additional needs to be met.
2. Carry out service planning, resolving any issues that may arise and proposing improvements in execution, to ensure compliance with contract requirements and the objectives set by the supervisor.
3. Prepare the annual budget, its reviews throughout the year, and monthly closings, analyzing any deviations found and proposing corrective measures, to ensure an accurate reflection of the evolution of each contract and compliance with the financial targets set by the supervisor.
4. Oversee the hiring, management, and training of all employees under their responsibility, reviewing payroll issues when necessary, to ensure the right team of workers is in place to deliver the assigned services.
5. Foster a fluid relationship with the Workers' Representatives to facilitate a labor framework that allows the services to be delivered as efficiently as possible.
6. Collaborate with the bidding and contracts area in preparing proposals, contributing their knowledge and experience to the award of new contracts for the company.

University degree (technical or higher engineering, preferably industrial).

Knowledge of facilities and maintenance is a plus.

At least 5 years of experience in maintenance contracts.

Gestionar los contratos dentro de su ámbito de gestión, coordinando las operaciones, el equipo de trabajo y las acciones comerciales con sus clientes, como máximo responsable de la cuenta de resultados y de acuerdo con las instrucciones de su superior jerárquico, para garantizar tanto el cumplimiento de los requerimientos técnicos y administrativos como la máxima satisfacción del cliente y facilitar el logro de los objetivos de la compañía en materia de crecimiento y/o rentabilidad

1. Fomentar reuniones con los clientes actuales para, convirtiéndose en su socio de referencia en relación a los servicios prestados, para garantizar su satisfacción con los mismos e identificar otras posibles necesidades adicionales a satisfacer.
2. Realizar la planificación del servicio, resolviendo las incidencias que puedan surgir y proponiendo mejoras en la ejecución, para garantizar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos del contrato y de los objetivos marcados por el superior.
3. Elaborar el presupuesto anual, sus revisiones a lo largo del año y los cierres mensuales, analizando las desviaciones encontradas y proponiendo medidas correctoras, para garantizar un reflejo fiel de la evolución de cada contrato y el cumplimiento de los objetivos económicos marcados por su superior.
4. Supervisar la contratación, gestión y formación de todos los empleados a su cargo, revisando las incidencias de nómina cuando sea preciso, para garantizar que se cuenta con el equipo de trabajadores adecuado para la prestación de los servicios encomendados.
5. Impulsar una relación fluida con la Representación Laboral de los Trabajadores para facilitar un marco laboral que permita cumplir la prestación de los servicios de la forma más eficiente.
6. Colaborar con el área de contratación en la elaboración de ofertas para contribuir con su conocimiento y experiencia a la adjudicación de nuevos contratos para la compañía.

Titulación universitaria (ingeniería técnica o superior, preferiblemente industrial).
