About the role

  4. Oversee the hiring, management, and training of all employees under their responsibility, reviewing payroll issues when necessary, to ensure the right team of workers is in place to deliver the assigned services.
  5. Foster a fluid relationship with the Workers' Representatives to facilitate a labor framework that allows the services to be delivered as efficiently as possible.
  6. Collaborate with the bidding and contracts area in preparing proposals, contributing their knowledge and experience to the award of new contracts for the company.
