We are looking for a Process Improvement Project Manager in Madrid, whose mission will be to coordinate and carry out the implementation of projects focused on operational efficiency in all business and support areas of the company, in line with strategic objectives, contributing to the improvement of its quantitative and qualitative results.

What you'll do

  1. Coordinate operations optimization projects across the different services, with a comprehensive approach that includes analyzing the current situation, identifying and implementing improvements in operational processes and in the different service management aspects (management control and reporting, organization and distribution of work, etc.).
  2. Develop management models (organization, processes and information systems) to improve and standardize the operations of the different services.
  3. Participate in the implementation of the defined management models, in direct collaboration with those responsible for the business units, and launching different actions for the effective execution of improvements (implementation support, training, participation in the design and implementation of new technological solutions).
  4. Monitor the results of the initiatives under your responsibility and report those results to the management of the area and the different business units.
  5. Prepare and deliver training actions, both in ongoing projects and in other actions required by the company, in accordance with the strategic objectives established in order to achieve the transformational process toward operational efficiency.
  6. Launch coordination processes with other business units of the group to identify best practices and initiatives with potential for knowledge transfer between areas.
