Knowledge of Lean tools (5S, SMED, KAIZEN). Knowledge of data analytics tools is a plus.

More than 3 years of experience in managing continuous improvement projects and multidisciplinary teams, using analysis methodologies.

Drive for results, collaboration, flexibility, customer focus, communication and influence, analytical skills, innovation.

Engineering degree, Bachelor's degree, or technical degree.

Upper-intermediate level of English

We are looking for a Lean Project Manager in Madrid, whose mission will be to coordinate and implement process improvement projects focused on operational efficiency across all business and support areas of the company, in line with strategic objectives and contributing to improved quantitative and qualitative results.

1. Coordinate operations optimization projects across the different services, with a comprehensive approach to analyzing the current situation, identifying and implementing improvements in operational processes and in the different aspects of service management (management control and information, work organization and distribution, etc.).
2. Develop management models (organization, processes, and information systems) to improve and standardize operations across the different services.
3. Participate in the implementation of the defined management models, in collaboration with the business unit managers, and launch different actions to ensure the effective execution of improvements (support during implementation, training, participation in the design and implementation of new technological solutions).
4. Monitor the results of the initiatives under your responsibility and report them to the management of the area and the different business units.
5. Develop and deliver training actions, both for ongoing projects and for other actions required by the company, in line with the established strategic objectives in order to achieve the transformational process toward operational efficiency.
6. Launch coordination processes with other business units of the group to identify best practices and initiatives with potential for knowledge transfer across areas.
