• Achieve the sales objectives established by the company for their area of responsibility.
• Perform an adequate analysis of their business area in terms of goal achievement and profitability.
• Conduct visits in accordance with the strategy set by the company for each therapeutic area, brand and/or product.
• Implement marketing and/or regional plans adequately and effectively.
• Effective management of promotional resources.
• Develop their activity in accordance with the Company's values and Compliance.
• Be an ambassador and the image of the company.
• Develop effective professional relationships with the targets defined by the company.
• Identification of business opportunities.
• Ability to detect business threats and proactively establish contingency plans.
• Ability to anticipate and adapt to structural changes in the sector and organization.
• Agile integration of omnichannel strategies.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional and proactive team. Share relevant business information with colleagues and direct supervisor.
• Stay updated on technical-scientific knowledge, environment, processes, and company tools.
• Effective visit: plan, prepare, develop, and follow up effectively.
• Perform adequate follow-up and reporting of all information required by the Company.
• Give and request feedback proactively with all people they interact with: team members, direct manager, and other involved people in the company, with trust being the basis of relationships.
