What we're looking for

At least 3 years of professional experience in Backend development.
Professional experience in programming with Go (Golang).
Experience in the design of technical solutions and Backend integrations.
Experience with relational and document databases.
Experience with Kafka, PubSub, or RabbitMQ.
Experience with REST services and integrations via APIs.
Experience working with microservices architectures.
Experience in unit testing.
Application of development best practices.
Experience using version control tools such as GitLab or Bitbucket.

Nice to have

Experience with Node.js and Vue 3.
Experience with HTML and CSS.
Experience in test automation with Selenium, RestAssured, or Mountebank.
Experience with GCP, Docker, or Kubernetes.
Experience applying Clean Code and design patterns.
Experience with security and identity solutions via OAuth or SAML 2.
Experience in data processing with Spark or Apache Beam.
English is valuable for understanding technical documentation and participating in meetings, without being an excluding requirement.

The role

We need to hire a Go (Golang) Programmer with at least 3 years of professional experience in Backend development to participate in a technological project focused on the design, development, and integration of solutions based on services, APIs, and microservices architectures.

The selected person will participate in developments with Golang, working with relational and document databases, REST services, integrations via APIs, and messaging solutions.

Likewise, they will collaborate in the design of technical solutions and Backend integrations, the performance of unit testing, and the application of programming best practices, using version control tools.

How you'll work

Hybrid modality: 1 day on-site per week and the rest remote. In practice, except in high-complexity projects, attendance is usually reduced to a minimum of 1 day per sprint (every 3 weeks).
Offices in Las Rozas (Madrid) and, occasionally, in Núñez de Balboa.
Professionals residing in Madrid will be preferably valued, although candidates from other provinces who can adapt to the required on-site presence may also participate.
Standard schedule from Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:15 or from 09:00 to 18:15, with one hour for lunch, and Friday from 08:00 to 15:00. Summer schedule, from July 15 to August 31, from Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 16:30 and Friday from 08:00 to 15:00, with the possibility of considering certain flexibility.
