Accounting Clerk

We are looking for someone who combines technical rigor with the energy of our culture:

• Education: Higher Vocational Training in Accounting/Finance.

• Experience: At least 1 year in a similar position

• Spreadsheet proficiency: You feel comfortable among formulas and pivot tables (this will be your day-to-day tool).

• A meticulous person with attention to detail, proactive, and who values a good team atmosphere above all else.

• Organization and planning.

• Responsibility with assigned tasks.

As an Accounting Administrative Assistant, your main mission will be to guarantee rigor and agility in the daily financial management of Singularu. In an environment of constant growth, this role is fundamental to maintaining the administrative solidity and order necessary to support all our operations.

• Email management: you will be responsible for the department's email, keeping its document management up to date.

• Banking management: you will download and update bank movements daily

• Document management: obtaining invoices and supporting documents from different sources

• Closing support: you will provide support in the department's administrative tasks to guarantee monthly closings within the established deadlines.

• Accounting record: entry of journal entries and invoices into the management software

• Other support tasks as required
