What you'll do

  • You take on responsibility from day one, support our operational goals, and contribute to shared team success. After successfully completing the program, you will be placed directly into a leadership position anywhere in Spain
  • You gain a comprehensive overview of key business areas such as Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management, and Performance Management, and continue to develop according to clear learning and performance goals
  • You work in day-to-day operations from day one, get to know our essential roles such as Rental Sales Agent, and receive support through training in communication, conflict resolution, sales, and problem-solving strategies
  • You collaborate closely with Branch Managers and Area Directors to learn leadership directly on the job
