We need you to have availability to work in all the campaigns indicated in this offer, on the dates and schedules we detail below.

If you like interacting with people, are interested in fashion, and want to learn about sunglasses, we want to meet you. We are looking for male and female colleagues to reinforce our teams during campaigns and help each customer find glasses that fit their style and needs.

What you'll get

A campaign to learn, connect with people, and contribute as a team.

You do not need previous experience. We will support you from day one so that you get to know the product and gain confidence in customer service and sales.

Support from the moment you arrive. You will have the support of your colleagues to get to know the store and our way of working.

Training to learn and improve. You will learn with the team and through our Soloptical Learning platform.

Fashion and product variety. You will work with different collections and the main brands on the market, discovering their styles and characteristics.

Teamwork. You will collaborate in the day-to-day operations of the store and contribute to achieving shared objectives.

Remuneration: 854.40 gross per month, which will be the proportional part to the days worked.

The role

What you'll do

You will welcome customers, listen to what they are looking for, and help them choose their sunglasses.

You will offer personalized advice, combining style, comfort, and sun protection.

You will accompany the customer throughout the sales process, taking care of the details of the service.

You will keep the product and the display tidy and well-maintained.

You will coordinate with your colleagues to organize tasks and provide service during peak activity periods.

How you'll work

Two vacancies available:

1. Workplace: Soloptical Plaza Mayor.

Campaigns and dates: Black Campaign 24 hours from 16/11 to 30/11

Contract type: Permanent seasonal.

Working day and schedule: Black Campaign 24 hours distributed……

2. Workplace: Soloptical Plaza Mayor.

Campaigns and dates: Black Campaign 30 hours from 16/11 to 30/11 - Christmas Campaign from 26/12 to 05/01 (30 hours)

Contract type: Permanent seasonal.

Working day and schedule: Black Campaign 30 hours distributed from Wednesday to Sunday on a split shift, with the established breaks.
