One of the main objectives is to strengthen the organization to deliver quality software products by enhancing the defined *MQS model. Within this framework, the following principles are established:

Make available to the company the methodology for producing quality deliverables and carrying out their verification (reviews and testing)

Define and implement the tools necessary to apply the quality model (*MQS)

Promote the use of the resources that the model makes available through dissemination, training, and communication actions

Carry out controls related to the quality of output products against their specifications

Maintain and improve the quality model. Apply continuous improvement both in correcting inefficiencies and in implementing new opportunities

The main objectives of this service are:

That the system being developed meets the needs required by the client or end user, where the expected results are achieved. In this way, client satisfaction is obtained.

That the system is efficient in time and resources, with optimal performance and response times.

That the system is reliable in the event of risks or failures.

That the system allows for easy and risk-free updates.

That the system in service complies with the defined *MQS model.

Functional consultant with knowledge of the software development lifecycle.

Good command of Catalan, both oral and written.

Accustomed to dealing with clients and service providers.

Experience in software quality management.

Communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Experience in generating documentation and reporting.

Any of the following certifications: Professional *Agile *Leadership/Professional *Scrum *Master (PSM) and Professional *Scrum *Product Owner (*PSPO I)

 Realizar los controles relativos a la calidad de los productos de salida respecto a sus especificaciones

 Mantener y mejorar el modelo de calidad. Aplicar la mejora continúa tanto en la corrección de ineficiencias como en la implantación de nuevas oportunidades

Los principales objetivos de este servicio son:

 Que el sistema que se está desarrollando cumpla las necesidades requeridas por el cliente o usuario final, donde los resultados su los esperados. De este modo, se obtiene la satisfacción del cliente.

 Que el sistema sea eficiente en tiempo y recursos, bajo un rendimiento y tiempo de respuesta óptimos.

 Que el sistema sea confiable en caso de riesgos o quiebras.

 Que el sistema permita actualizaciones con facilidad y sin riesgos.

 Que el sistema en servicio cumpla el modelo definido al *MQS.

Consultor funcional con conocimientos del ciclo de vida de desarrollo software.

Buen dominio del catalán oral y escrito.

Acostumbrado al trata con cliente y proveedores de servicios.

Con experiencia en la gestión de la calidad software.

Capacidad de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.

Experiencia en la generación de documentación y reporting

Alguna de las siguientes certificaciones: Profesional *Agile *LeaderShip/Profesional *Scrum *Master (PSM y), Profesional *Scrum *Product Owner (*PSPO I)
