At Staff Global Group, we are looking for a Beverage Manager to join the VIP hospitality team that will provide service at a major international automotive event to be held in Madrid (IFEMA).

What you'll do

•      Manage the comprehensive beverage offering in the Terrace area (approx. 900 pax/day).

•      Supervise the team of bartenders.

•      Control beverage stock, orders, and product rotation.

•      Ensure VIP-level beverage service standards.

•      Coordinate with kitchen and logistics to ensure synchronized service.

•      Manage the bar's mise en place.
