Logistics Waste Runner for automotive event (September - IFEMA)

At Staff Global Group, we are looking for Logistics Waste Runners / Logistic Runners to join the VIP hospitality team that will provide service at a major international automotive event to be held in Madrid (IFEMA).

• Collects waste and dirty tableware and keeps areas clean during service.

•      Quickly deliver the materials requested by supervisors or waiters/waitresses.

•      Support the setup of spaces (furniture, supplies and equipment).

•      Act as an operational link between front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH).

•      Pay: €10.93/hour gross.

•      Participation in a large-format international event with high visibility.

•      A professional, dynamic and demanding environment in which to learn and grow.

•      Possibility of continuity in future Staff Global Group projects and events.

EUR 19,128 per year

IFEMA Madrid (IFEMA Trade Fair Grounds – Avenida del Partenón, 5, 28042 Madrid).

•      Permanent discontinuous contract linked to the event.

•      9 September: mandatory in-person training at IFEMA

•      From 10 to 13 September 2026 (full availability).

Hospitality

•      Experience carrying trays

•      Speed to keep up with the pace of the event.

•      Active listening and precise execution of instructions.

•      Discretion: do not interfere with the guests' experience.

•      Reliability, punctuality and teamwork.

•      Good physical condition (the role involves repetitive lifting and carrying).

•      Previous experience in similar positions

•      Intermediate English (a level test will be given)

•      Valid food handler's certificate.

•      Actuar como enlace operativo entre front of house (FOH) y back of house (BOH).

•      Retribución: 10,93 €/hora bruto.

•      Participación en un evento internacional de gran formato y alta visibilidad.

•      Un entorno profesional, dinámico y exigente en el que aprender y crecer.

•      Contrato fijo discontinuo asociado al evento.

•      9 de septiembre: formación presencial obligatoria en IFEMA

•      Del 10 al 13 de septiembre de 2026 (disponibilidad completa).

Traje negro, camisa blanca y zapato negro (uniformidad pendiente de confirmación definitiva con la agencia).

•      Rapidez para mantener el ritmo del evento.

•      Escucha activa y ejecución precisa de instrucciones.

•      Discreción: no interferir en la experiencia de los invitados.

•      Fiabilidad, puntualidad y trabajo en equipo.

•      Buena condición física (el puesto implica carga y acarreo repetitivo).

•      Experiencia previa en puestos similares

•      Inglés intermedio ( se hará prueba de nivel)

•      Carné de manipulador de alimentos en vigor.
