Stellantis, the main vehicle manufacturer in Spain and a world leader in sustainable mobility (brands including Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Citroën, DS Automobiles, Fiat, Jeep, Opel, and Peugeot), is launching a selection process for an Engineer to fill a Manager Supervisor position based at its Vigo Production Center.

MAIN DUTIES

The Engineer, in their capacity as manager and the person hierarchically and functionally responsible for a Production Unit, will ensure the execution of the daily production program with the required quality levels, guaranteeing the proper application of defined standards and promoting the cohesion of their team.

They will make decisions that will directly impact results, having the following main functions:

• Achieve compliance with the established objectives of their area of responsibility regarding production, quality, and costs.
• Ensure respect for prevention norms, rules, and references by their team, being exemplary in their compliance, alerting to any risk situation, and managing its resolution.
• Promote the involvement, cohesion, and well-being of their team, encouraging their participation in the different existing progress dynamics, ensuring they are informed about challenges, objectives, and improvement actions, and creating a conducive framework for exchange.
• Guarantee compliance within their area of responsibility with the defined references and standards across the different domains of the SPW (Stellantis Production Way), proposing improvement actions where appropriate.
• Accompany the evolutions of the Organization, ensuring the good integration of product and process evolutions.
• Distribute work based on the competencies exercised by each team collaborator.
• Develop the multi-skilling of the team based on needs, encouraging the acquisition of competencies and ensuring the required qualification for each workstation.
• Keep the management and administration systems of their activities updated, performing structured animation.
• Apply existing Management standards and rituals (RPO, briefing, individual interview, etc.)

University degree in Engineering, preferably in the industrial area.

REQUIREMENTS

• Office user level.
• English level B2.
• Valuable experience, according to the functions to be developed.
• Availability for shift work (rotational, night, and/or weekends)

Stellantis, principal fabricante de vehículos en España y líder mundial en movilidad sostenible (marcas Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Citroën, DS Automobiles, Fiat, Jeep, Opel y Peugeot, entre otras), pone en marcha un proceso de selección de Ingeniero/a para cubrir un puesto de Manager Supervisor con base en su Centro de Producción de Vigo.

FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES

El Ingeniero/a, en calidad de manager y persona responsable jerárquica y funcional de una Unidad de Producción, asegurará la realización del programa diario de producción con los niveles de calidad requeridos, garantizando la adecuada aplicación de los estándares definidos y favoreciendo la cohesión de su equipo.

Tomará decisiones que repercutirán directamente en los resultados, teniendo como funciones principales las siguientes:

• Alcanzar el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos de su área de responsabilidad, en cuanto a producción, calidad y costes.
• Asegurar el respeto de las normas, reglas y referenciales de prevención por parte de su equipo, siendo ejemplar en cuanto a su cumplimiento, alertando de cualquier situación de riesgo y gestionando su resolución.
• Favorecer la implicación, la cohesión y el bienestar de su equipo, fomentando su participación en las diferentes dinámicas de progreso existentes, asegurando su información sobre retos, objetivos y acciones de mejora y creando un marco propicio para el intercambio.
• Garantizar el cumplimiento en su área de responsabilidad de los referenciales y estándares definidos, en los diferentes dominios del SPW (Stellantis Production Way) proponiendo en su caso acciones de mejora.
• Acompañar las evoluciones de la Organización, asegurando la buena integración de las evoluciones del producto y del proceso.
• Repartir el trabajo en función de las competencias ejercidas por cada persona colaboradora del equipo.
• Desarrollar la polivalencia del equipo en función de las necesidades, fomentando su adquisición de competencias y asegurando la habilitación requerida en cada puesto de trabajo.
• Mantener actualizados los sistemas de gestión y administración de sus actividades, realizando una animación estructurada.
• Aplicar los estándares y rituales de Management existentes (RPO, briefing, entrevista individual, etc)

Grado universitario en Ingeniería, preferiblemente en área industrial.

REQUISITOS

• Office nivel usuario.
• Inglés nivel B2.
• Experiencia valorable, acorde a las funciones a desarrollar.
• Disponibilidad para trabajo a turnos (rotativo, noche y/o fin de semana)
