• 📘 Participation in the programming of the service's educational project.

• 🗣️ Contact and gathering of information from the people served to assess the type of intervention, carried out jointly with the team.

• 📊 Participation in the periodic evaluation of the degree of achievement of the objectives.

• 🧩Ensure the smooth running of the service through planned activities.

• 📄Development, monitoring, and evaluation of the individual educational plan.

• 🧭 Information, guidance, and counseling for the individual regarding the benefits and social resources in the area that can facilitate the educational intervention.

• Completed degree in social education.

• Have a driver's license.

• Certificate of no criminal record for sexual offences.

• Proactivity, communication skills and teamwork.

• Holding a disability certificate of 33% or more will be valued.

• Temporary vacancy.

• Working hours: 38 hours/week.

• Schedule: Weekends and holidays from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. + 2 nights per month.

• Salary: €26,527.81 gross per year + night shift and weekend bonus.

• Start date: immediate.

• Grau en educació social finalitzat.

• Disposar de carnet de conduir.

• Certificat de delictes de naturalesa sexual negatiu.

• Proactivitat, habilitats comunicatives i de treball en equip.

• Es valorarà estar en possessió del certificat de discapacitat igual o superior al 33%.

• Vacant temporal.

• Jornada: 38h/setmanals.

• Horari: Caps de setmana i festius de 10h a 22h + 2 nits al mes.

• Salari: 26.527,81€ b/a + plus nocturnitat i caps de setmana.
