El Servei de Teleassistència d'UTE ASISPA-SUARA té com a objectiu ajudar a les persones majors, amb discapacitat o dependència perquè puguin continuar vivint en el seu domicili, amb seguretat i reduint el risc d'aïllament. A més d'actuar en casos d'emergència, el servei també actua de manera preventiva mantenint un contacte telefònic continu amb la persona usuària.

Actualment cerquem un/a teleoperador/a pel departament de rutes del servei de Teleassistència de l'Ajuntament de Barcelona.

• Dur a terme les trucades a les persones ateses per concretar les cites per altes del servei.

• Planificar en format Excel o programa propi les rutes dels professionals d'intervenció domiciliaria.

• Planificar visites per incidències tècniques del servei.

• Reprogramar rutes per anul·lacions de les cites.

• Fer seguiment de les visites planificades.

• ESO/EGB.

• Valorable formació o experiència en tasques administratives.

• Nivell català alt (ideal aportar títol nivell C1).

• Nivell Alt en EXCEL.

• Proactivitat, agilitat, responsabilitat, treball en equip i empatia.

• Es valorarà estar en possessió del certificat de discapacitat igual o superior al 33%.

• Vacant estable de 40 hores setmanals (es requereixen 2 professionals).

• Horari: 9h a 17h (un/a professional) i de 12h a 20h (un professional).

• Salari: 1.246,48€ bruts mensuals x 14 pagues (17.450,72€ bruts anuals).

• Incorporació: immediata.

• Localització: Barcelona (Can Batlló: Magòria-La Campana).
