What we're looking for
- 7+ years in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or Business Transformation roles, with a track record of driving change end-to-end.
- Demonstrated experience influencing senior stakeholders through disagreement or resistance, with concrete examples you can walk through in detail
- Genuine, hands-on experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) in your own analysis and documentation workflow. Able to speak specifically to what you built or automated, not just what you're aware of.
- Hands-on BPMN 2.0 process modelling and experience with BPM tools.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous environments with changing priorities and building governance/structure, rather than only executing within an existing framework
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience working across business and technology teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
Nice to have
Nice to have
- Applied experience building or deploying AI/ML use cases (agentic workflows, RPA + AI, predictive models)
- Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement framework experience
- Experience with data analysis, dashboards, or BI tools
- Experience across multiple industries or geographies
The role
We are on a mission to pioneer the world's next era of play. As we grow across Europe and Latin America, we're building The Playstack - the technology powering the next generation of sports, gaming, and fan experiences. Join us, and help make it the most widely used platform in the world! From operations, to marketing, to product, we are looking for talented people who will shape how millions of customers play, watch, and connect every day.
What you'll do
You will lead end-to-end process transformation across multiple functions and geographies, from initial discovery through to measurable business outcomes. A core part of the role is identifying and building the business case for AI-driven opportunities (process automation, decision support, predictive analytics) and you'll be expected to have used AI tools yourself in your own workflow, not just read about them.
Experience engaging senior stakeholders, including situations where you had to build alignment, mitigate different points of view or push the boundaries of what can be achieved.
Super has grown fast, and much of the organization still operates with a lightweight process framework. You'll be expected to build structure into that ambiguity rather than wait for it to be handed to you, and to adapt your methodology to the situation rather than apply a fixed playbook regardless of context.
