What we're looking for

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 9+ hands-on experience in SAP ABAP, OData, CDS Views, and Fiori/UI5 development.
Proven ability to design, build, and deploy complex SAP applications.
Excellent understanding of SAP architecture and integration points.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage technical challenges.
Very good interpersonal and communication skills.
Positive attitude with leadership qualities and team management experience.
Structured, solution-orientated and independent way of working

Nice to have

Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a strong advantage.

The role

What you'll do

Lead end-to-end SAP solution development using ABAP and Fiori technologies.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze technical requirements.
Design scalable, efficient, and high-performing technical solutions aligned with business needs.
Develop and maintain custom SAP applications and Fiori/UI5 apps.
Review code and oversee unit/integration testing to maintain quality standards.
Provide expert guidance on data migrations, system upgrades, and issue resolutions.
Support project planning and coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely delivery.
Mentor and guide junior developers; provide technical leadership and support.
