Technical / functional skills

• Basic knowledge of SAP HR / HCM
• Maintenance of personnel master data (PA)
• Understanding of Organizational Management (OM)
• Introduction to Payroll (PY) and Personnel Administration
• Use of standard infotypes (0000, 0001, 0002, 0006, etc.)
• Understanding of organizational structures and positions
• Support with functional incidents and testing (UAT)
• Reading and validating functional specifications
• Basic knowledge of customizing (SPRO – user level)
• Handling of standard SAP HR transactions

Valuable knowledge

• Experience or training in SAP S/4HANA HR / SuccessFactors (a plus)
• Understanding of labor legislation (depending on country)
• Basic integration with FI / CO (cost allocation)
• Knowledge of HR reporting

Education

• Degree in Industrial Relations, HR, Business Administration, Psychology or similar
• Specific training in SAP HR (certification is a plus)

• Conocimientos básicos de SAP HR / HCM
• Mantenimiento de datos maestros de personal (PA)
• Nociones de Gestión Organizativa (OM)
• Introducción a Nómina (PY) y Administración de Personal
• Uso de infotipos estándar (0000, 0001, 0002, 0006, etc.)
• Comprensión de estructuras organizativas y puestos
• Soporte en incidencias funcionales y pruebas (UAT)
• Lectura y validación de especificaciones funcionales
• Conocimientos básicos de customizing (SPRO – nivel usuario)
• Manejo de transacciones estándar SAP HR

Conocimientos valorables

• Experiencia o formación en SAP S/4HANA HR / SuccessFactors (valorable)
• Nociones de legislación laboral (según país)
• Integración básica con FI / CO (imputación de costes)
• Conocimientos de reporting HR

Formación

• Grado en Relaciones Laborales, RRHH, ADE, Psicología o similar
• Formación específica en SAP HR (valorable certificación)
