🔹 Experience with Dynatrace.

🔹 Knowledge of OpenTelemetry.

🔹 Experience in Cloud architectures and microservices-based environments.

🔹 Experience collaborating with Development, Infrastructure, Operations, and Architecture teams.

🔹 Ability to lead continuous improvement and Observability governance initiatives.

We are looking for a Senior Observability Consultant with a clearly consultative profile, capable of defining the organization's Observability strategy and participating in the creation of Cecabank's new Observability Office.

We are not looking for a Dynatrace administrator, but rather a professional with a global vision of Observability who can define standards, processes, indicators, and best practices, advising different technology teams on the adoption of the corporate observability model.

We are looking for a professional with a clear strategic and consultative orientation, accustomed to working transversally with different Technology areas.

We are not looking for a profile focused exclusively on the technical administration of Dynatrace, but rather a person capable of defining the Observability model, establishing standards, and supporting the technological evolution of the organization.

✔ Define the global Observability strategy.

✔ Design dashboards and indicators.

✔ Define standards and best practices.

✔ Participate in the creation and evolution of the Observability Office.

✔ Advise different technology teams on the use of the platform.

✔ Translate business and Operations needs into actionable metrics and indicators.

✔ Support the implementation of Dynatrace from a functional, methodological, and strategic point of view.

✔ Drive the adoption of the Observability culture within the organization.
