What we're looking for
A senior profile with demonstrable experience in Knowledge Management projects, capable of analyzing the current situation, defining organizational and governance models, and evaluating technological knowledge management solutions.
5-8 years of experience.
Demonstrable experience in Knowledge Management projects.

Experience in the selection and implementation of corporate tools.
Experience in professional services firms, consulting, or large corporations.

The role
At Grupo TecData, we are looking for a Senior Consultant specialized in Knowledge Management to participate in a consulting project aimed at defining the Firm's target knowledge management model.
What you'll do
Analyze the current situation of Knowledge Management.
Identify business needs, processes, and priority use cases.
Define the target operating model.
Design processes for the creation, validation, maintenance, consumption, and retirement of knowledge.
Define the governance model and establish roles and responsibilities.
Propose indicators for adoption, quality, and value of knowledge.
Evaluate document, knowledge, and collaboration management tools.
Analyze commercial solutions against potential in-house developments.
Perform demos, comparisons, scoring, and final tool recommendations.
Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders.
