The role
We are looking for a Workday HCM Consultant
Requirements
Demonstrable experience working with Workday (configuration and not just usage).
Solid knowledge of the modules: HCM, Recruitment, Talent, Learning, Compensation, and Time Tracking.
Experience in the analysis and definition of Human Resources processes.
Ability to configure Business Processes (BP) and Security in Workday.
Knowledge of organizational structures (Supervisory, Company, Cost Center, etc.).
Experience in testing and incident resolution.
Upper-intermediate English level (international environments).

Analyze and understand the Human Resources processes of the client/organization.
Configure and maintain Workday modules:
HCM
Recruitment
Talent & Performance
Learning
Compensation
Time Tracking
Participate in Workday implementation, evolution, and support projects.
Translate functional requirements into technical configurations within the tool.
Design and optimize HR processes in Workday (hire, job change, compensation reviews, etc.).
Perform functional testing (UAT) and ensure the quality of configurations.
Provide user support and incident resolution.
Prepare functional and technical documentation.
Collaborate with IT and integration teams when necessary.
