We are looking for a DevOps Engineer/SRE

-- Monitoring and Incident Response experience (senior profile) Job Summary: The Senior Operations and SRE Engineer will assume a key role in managing and optimizing AWS infrastructure, automating processes, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of the Secure Landing Zone. This position requires deep knowledge of cloud operations and SRE principles, as well as the ability to mentor junior profiles and lead technical initiatives.

What you'll do

Key responsibilities:

-- Advanced monitoring and incident response: Lead infrastructure monitoring and manage complex incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing long-term solutions.

-- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design, implement, and maintain robust infrastructure automation solutions using tools such as Terraform and GitHub Actions.

-- Performance and reliability optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks, optimize resource usage, and ensure high availability of services.

-- CI/CD pipeline management: Oversee the design and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth and reliable infrastructure deployments.

-- Mentoring: Provide guidance and mentoring to junior engineers, helping them develop their skills and grow in their roles.

-- Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (application owners, SLZ Engineering & Support) to ensure products fulfill their purpose, while guaranteeing alignment with technical strategies and operational objectives.
