Production Manager – Residential Building

We are looking for a professional with at least 5 years of experience in positions related to the production and execution of works, with the ability to coordinate teams, manage resources, and monitor planning, costs, and quality.

• Degree in Technical Architecture.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in production and execution of works positions.

• Experience in new residential building construction.

• Knowledge and experience with Sigrid for economic control.

• Knowledge of Presto.

• Experience using Microsoft Project for planning.

• Knowledge of Lean Construction.

• Driving license.

• Availability to travel within the Community of Madrid depending on the location of the works.

• Ability to adapt to new procedures and work tools.

We are looking for a Production Manager profile to join a construction and development company specializing in the residential sector, with more than two decades of experience in creating residential buildings both for their own projects and in collaboration with third parties.

• Coordinate the execution of works following the work plan and established deadlines.

• Supervise the correct allocation of resources, including labor, machinery, and materials.

• Prepare work schedules and ensure their compliance.

• Control and optimize production costs, avoiding deviations from the approved budget.

• Manage site personnel.

• Direct, supervise, and motivate foremen, supervisors, and operators.

• Ensure compliance with established quality standards and construction regulations.

• Implement and supervise safety measures on site.

• Review and guarantee that the works meet technical specifications and client requirements.

• Supervise purchases and the efficient use of materials, minimizing waste.

• Prepare financial and progress reports for project management.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, and planning teams to ensure efficient execution.

• Maintain constant communication with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.

• Resolve technical or logistical problems during the execution of projects.

The position will be carried out on new residential construction projects in the Community of Madrid, with availability to travel depending on the location of the works.
