The role

🔐 N1 Identities - IAM / IGA Operation

We are looking for an N1 Identity Technician (IAM/IGA) to join a team specialized in the operation and support of identity and access management platforms.

The selected person will participate in the daily management of users, access, authentication, and the resolution of identity-related incidents.

What you'll do

  • Management of user onboarding, offboarding, and modifications.

  • Assignment and revocation of permissions and access.

  • Resolution and follow-up of login and authentication incidents.

  • Support related to MFA and SSO.

  • Execution and follow-up of access certifications.

  • Monitoring of orphaned accounts.

  • Management of external users.

  • Registration and follow-up of incidents using Jira.

  • Documentation of procedures and incident resolution.
