- Methodology and testing: Establish incremental test cases to those already defined by the development and business teams.

- Quality assurance: Oversee and guarantee the quality of the deliverables.

- Management: Although they will not have a dedicated team under their charge, they must direct and demand the necessary deliverables from providers to ensure the development standard.
