The role

We are looking for a senior profile, with more than 3 years of experience, who will autonomously take on the architecture and development of a data platform focused on Big Data (Cloudera / Spark) and partly on Google Cloud Platform.

What you'll do

Responsibilities Design and evolve batch and real-time data architectures on Cloudera and GCP.

Implement and maintain data ingestion, storage, and aggregation platforms using Spark and BigQuery.

Develop, test, deploy, and document processes in Spark/Scala and in dbt/SQL/Python.

Define the architectural foundations and data governance processes.

Estimate the complexity of functionalities and help the Product Owner prioritize the backlog. Act as the technical interlocutor with the client, IT, and business, and participate in demos.

Resolve production incidents and optimize production processes.

Plan and supervise the execution of processes with Control-M. Provide technical guidance to the rest of the team and ensure best practices and client standards are followed.
