We are looking for a Service Manager / Service Delivery Manager to comprehensively manage critical digital platforms that support live sporting events and racing weekends.

What you'll do

🎯 What will you do?

  • Be the main point of contact with the client during operations and events.

  • Lead Incidents, Problems, Changes, and Major Incidents under ITIL principles.

  • Coordinate L1, L2, and L3 support teams during live events.

  • Manage tickets, SLAs, operational risks, and reporting.

  • Coordinate deployments, maintenance, and service preparation.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives between Operations and Engineering.

  • Participate in the 24x7 on-call system and critical incident management rotation.
