SOFTWARE DEVELOPER Grid AWS

MORE THAN 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS A SOFTWARE ENGINEER As a developer, you will work in agile and non-agile frameworks, facilitate workshops and events, and communicate with different organizational levels.

You must understand the current organization (AS-IS) and act within a transformation environment (TO-BE).

You will drive teams to improve their performance and maturity, focusing on delivering value to the customer in a sustainable, iterative, and collaborative manner.

What you'll do

- Great capacity for adaptation and change when working with multiple technologies simultaneously.

- Design and development of high-availability software solutions.

- Definition of best practices for development, automated testing, and deployment.

- Optimization and efficiency of software development processes.

- Implementation of timely alerts and metrics to measure solution performance.

- Guarantee software quality in both maintenance and the development of new software.

- Implementation of software quality controls.
