PKI Systems Technician | Identity & Cryptography

You will be responsible for administering, operating, maintaining, and evolving PKI platforms and associated security services, guaranteeing their correct operation and compliance with established security requirements.

You will be part of a team specialized in the management of digital identity, certification, and trust services for public bodies and large organizations.

• Administer and operate PKI infrastructures and security services platforms.

• Monitor platforms and components, identifying and resolving technical incidents.

• Handle requests related to digital certificates, authentication, and electronic signature.

• Resolve access incidents to corporate systems linked to identity and certification services.

• Register and integrate applications and services within the PKI ecosystem.

• Administer certificate stores and JKS keystores.

• Manage cryptographic components and keys in accordance with security procedures.

• Administer HSM devices and perform key management tasks.

• Execute maintenance, update, and improvement tasks for the platforms.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and operating procedures.

• Coordinate with development, security, and operations teams to guarantee service continuity.

At Tecdata Engineering, we are looking to hire a PKI Systems Technician to participate in high-criticality projects within the Identity & Cryptography unit of Telefónica Tech.

We are looking for a technical profile with experience in PKI infrastructure administration, digital certificates, HSM, and electronic signature and authentication services, accustomed to working in environments where availability, security, and service continuity are fundamental aspects.

• +1 year of experience in PKI infrastructure administration or security platforms.

• Experience in operation, support, and incident resolution.

• Experience with electronic signature, digital certificate, or authentication service platforms.

• Experience in Public Administration projects or environments with high security requirements.

• Experience working with service management processes based on ITIL.

We are looking for experience in:

• Administration of Safelayer, Entrust, and TrustedX solutions.

• Administration of Luna SafeNet, nCipher/nShield, and REALSEC.

• Digital certificate management.

• Cryptographic key management.

• Security components and services.

• Management of JKS keystores.

• Security components in Java environments.

• Operation of authentication and electronic signature services.

• Linux.

• Windows Server.

• Incident management.

• Platform maintenance.

• Continuity of critical services.
