The role

Job Description: We are looking for a Workplace Management Solutions profile with 5-10 years of experience (level 8-9-10) including responsibility and team management. You will have the opportunity to work on a project for a mobility company that is evolving from traditional automobile distribution towards a broader and more sustainable model, offering flexible solutions such as subscriptions, leasing, fleet management, and electric mobility services, all under a culture of innovation and sustainability.

What you'll do

Main duties:

• Coordinate the support services of the teams that currently provide workplace services in a Microsoft solutions-centered environment.

• Organize and manage key areas such as SailPoint, Active Directory, ADFS, device management and software distribution, device security, and remote user support.

• Use tools, data, and solutions to create efficient, high-quality environments, guaranteeing safe, functional, and well-managed spaces.

• Collaborate with different teams and participate in key decision-making, providing solutions to internal and external problems.

Responsibilities:

• Be an expert in Workplace Technology Solutions, with advanced mastery in Customer Service Management and team management.

• Intermediate level in Workplace Solutions.

• Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve efficiency and user satisfaction.

• Perform periodic evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure consistency in initiatives.

• Use data analytics to optimize resource allocation.

• Provide training on best practices and regulatory compliance.

How you'll work

The position is based in Madrid under a hybrid work model, with some days worked from home and others at the office, where you will be able to create valuable synergies with the rest of your team.
