What you'll do

As a Service Manager (SM), you will have the following responsibilities:

  • To act as the point of contact for clients throughout the different phases of the Cloud service, as well as for the company's internal departments. Likewise, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery through continuous improvement and monitoring.
  • Responsible for managing the Cloud service contracted by the client, participating in the monitoring of Cloud services, aligning with and achieving client trust and satisfaction, and adding increasing value to the achievement of their objectives.
  • Assisting in the escalation of high-impact, Critical, or Mass incidents, or those of a recurring nature.
  • Ensuring efficient internal service management without compromising the quality perceived by the client.
  • Reporting to the client and internal departments on the status of the Cloud service contracted by the client: incidents, changes, and requests, following the established procedures for standard clients.
  • Performing supervision, adequacy, and delivery of reports on critical incidents, committed to the customer.
  • Being able to develop, and collaborate in the development of, supplementary action procedures (which are never contrary to) standards, to ensure the proper delivery of services, relying on the other roles/units dedicated to client care.
  • Knowing in detail the "Governance Model" and the Client Relationship Model, to ensure their compliance.
  • Identifying business opportunities to pass on to the commercial department and collaborating, as far as possible, in business development with the client. You will be responsible for managing the client's Cloud service requests/changes/needs that must be treated as new offers and, therefore, represent a business opportunity, collaborating with the commercial team to turn that opportunity into a proposal.
  • Collaborating proactively in the design, execution, and monitoring of Action Plans and continuous service improvement, with the aim of building client loyalty while ensuring the quality of the service provided.
  • Collaborating in gathering information on the client's assets, services, and infrastructure.
