We are looking for a professional with experience in the audiovisual industry and a proven track record in executive production to join the Spanish Cinema team. The selected person will play a key role in the editorial, creative, and production monitoring of commercial film projects, investments, and co-productions from development through to production and final delivery.

What you'll do

  • Carry out comprehensive monitoring of content development, investment, co-production, and production projects, from their identification and approval through to final delivery.
  • Lead the editorial, creative, and production monitoring of fiction projects, ensuring their alignment with the company's content strategy.
  • Evaluate development opportunities by analyzing market trends, scouting projects, materials, and IPs, and identifying relevant creative talent.
  • Oversee the creative development of content, including scripts, narrative, and editorial approach, driving innovative proposals and distinctive formats.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, production milestones, and financial forecasts, identifying risks and proposing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Coordinate relationships with production companies, studios, co-production partners, and creative talent, ensuring smooth communication and the proper progress of projects.
  • Ensure compliance with technical, editorial, and contractual requirements, as well as the proper receipt, validation, and delivery of materials and documentation.
  • Prepare progress reports and keep project management and control tools up to date.

We are looking for

  • At least 3 years of experience in audiovisual production.
  • Experience in monitoring and overseeing film or fiction productions.
  • Knowledge of production budgets, production planning, and cost control.
