About the role

At Telefónica Ingenieria de Seguridad, we are looking for professionals with great energy, a strong attitude, as well as knowledge and skills to join the Project Manager team at Telefónica Ingenieria de Seguridad, to comprehensively lead the planning, execution, and closure of technical projects, ensuring compliance with cost, schedule, and quality objectives, and adapting specialized knowledge (telecommunications, defense, physical security, etc.) as needed to ensure the success of each initiative.

What you'll do

Technical and contractual analysis of assigned projects to identify needs.

Identification of risks and opportunities with the aim of maintaining initial margins and seeking efficiencies and modifications to improve them.

Budget supervision and cost control, seeking opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.

Preparation and monitoring of the overall project plan (PMO).

Coordination of procurement, technological supply, and supplier management.

Management and monitoring of integration, testing, and solution validation work.

Leadership of multidisciplinary teams: technicians, engineers, subcontractors, and cybersecurity/network profiles.

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

Engineering degree, preferably in telecommunications, electronics, or computer science.

Depending on the project, may require: 5G SA/NSA architecture and technologies, private networks, network slicing, edge computing.

Network protocols (IP/MPLS, QoS, VoNR, etc.).
