The role

At Temporing, we are selecting a Waiter/Waitress Assistant for incorporation into an important hotel establishment located in Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote.

What you'll do

Customer service in the dining room and terrace, offering cordial and efficient service.
Support in the preparation and setting of tables, as well as in the clearing and cleaning of the same after service.
Food and beverage service following established quality standards and timings.
Collaboration with the waiter/waitress team for the correct management of orders and efficient distribution of tasks.
Replenishment of materials (crockery, cutlery, napkins, etc.) and organization of workspaces.
Advising customers on the menu, menus, and possible allergens under supervision.
Ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations.
